התקציר
טכנולוגיות מידע ותקשורת הפכו בימינו כה נפוצות עד שלא ניתן היה לראות אותן. האפשרות להשתמש בטכנולוגיות מידע ותקשורת להרחבת דינמיקת ההכשרה כך שתכלול אזורים כפריים ומרוחקים בתהליך של מסגור, ליווי והכשרה על גישות לדחיה ולמלחמה בגזענות (מדינות אפריקה כדוגמה) היא מעלה את השאלה כיצד אנו פונים לאנשים הנמצאים באזורים כפריים ומרוחקים כדי להסביר מהי גזענות, מהי ההשפעה שלה וכיצד אנו מתמודדים איתה; איך אנחנו מודיעים לאנשים באזורים האלה, רואנדה, דרום אפריקה, קמבודיה וכל כך הרבה אזורים אחרים ברחבי העולם? כיצד אנו מנצלים את הניסיון והמומחיות המקצועית של אנשים כדי להילחם בגזענות ולהגן על אחרים מפניה?
THE ABSTRACT
Information and Communication Technologies have become nowadays so pervasive that they could not be seen. The possibility of using information and communication technologies to expand the training dynamic to include rural and remote areas in the process of framing, accompaniment, and training on approaches to rejecting and combating racism (African countries as an example) It raises the question of how do we reach out to people located in rural and remote areas to explain what racism is, what it’s impact and how do we face it; How do we inform people in those areas, Rwanda, South Africa, Cambodia and so many other areas around the world? How do we take advantage of people’s experience and professional expertise to fight racism and protect others against it?
